This Business Analyst position is responsible for researching, planning, designing, and guiding the implementation of software enhancements for an in-house Human Resources application. The Business Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. Current security clearance desired.

Deliver Communi-cate seminars on the art and science of Business Analysis for development projects. CBAP preferred; PMP helpful. Engaging speaking style with the ability to relate to a varied audience desired.

Qualify and prove business technology software consulting opportunities. Prepare and present solutions with a Web development sales focus. Requires a solid understanding of the software consulting business and what it takes to win customers in a highly competitive environment.

Must have strong programming and report writing skills working in a SQL Server database environment. Experience with stored procedures and Universe design required. Deliverables and deadlines are a focus. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills desired.
